Tamaki  tries to stab her again , as she repeatedly dodged!!! She then saw a space!!! "Punk!!! Heavy Gong!!!", Touka punches the agent he uses "Tekkai!!!". The agent glares as she held her hand! "Owwww Fucker!!!!", she glared "Shit I knew it... I can't do any damage unless I had blood, but I didn't drink much in the city... I didn't drink at all on the way here... I'll have to lick it off the walls, floor, or out of him!!! Once more, only once more I could strengthen myself!!!".  Tamaki caught his staff on fire!!!? "Prepared to be skewered and grilled!!! Shish Kebab!!!", Touka runs as he stabs "I'm wasting time like this, it's risky but, I'll try Soul Star and settle this in 3 minutes!!!". She tries to use "Soul Star", but is stabbed in her head!!! Touka tries to run, but is stabbed again!!! "Kebab!!!".  She flung into a walll, "So I can't control it after all... if only I had blood, I'll crush him with all my might... This room's getting dangerous with the flame, Mira told me she already stole his key, I have to stop wasting time and help save Fusagi!!!". Tamaki yells "Your a teeeenacious vampire, are you? SeiMei Kikan", his hair shapes into fingers!!! "Shishi Shigan!!!", he stabs the vampire!!!! "Ooowah!!!". Touka falls as the many hairy fingers drip blood... "Yoyoi!!! Showing mercy to others, won't happen when I'm angry!!!". Touka thought as she writhes "Using my power is like a gamble, if I don't have energy, it goes into mons...", she's knocked away!!! Touka jumps over him, then uses her changed energy!!! "Kokutei...", Tamaki uses "Shishi Shigan!!!" again!!!  Before she finishes, Touka still stands "If I retreat, I won't get another chance!", she hits him as he uses "Tekkai Gou, Roseo Metel!!". Touka bounces back as her arm broke!!! Tamaki coughed blood in a garbled voice "Goodness gracious, ever so beautiful... Cherry blossom storm... yet no longer...", he charged her!!! "YET NO LONGER CAN I HOLD BACK!!!!! I SHALL THUNDER THE ROAR OF THE LION TO THEE!!!", he starts beating her around the room!!!! He fires a kamikaze at her as Touka remembers trying to use her powers before without blood... "I don't have enough strength left for a counterattack...", he yells "Seimei Kikan Kami Shibari!!!". Tamaki holds her as he aims his staff "Don't cry, my precious. Your king's sorry...", she stares "He's going to kill me...". He then screamed "YANA GIN JOU!!!!!", Touka remembers all the time she fought with Fusagi, then her crying... She uses her powers... Tamaki's hair drops the vampire as she thought "If I'm gonna die anyway, I'll let my survival mode happen... Hopefully none of my friends come in here...",  she stands once more, Touka eyes glow red, she's now 6'9... she remembers what her old friend said... "Excessive power that destroys both friends and foes, it's as if your now a real monster!!!". The vampire leers as Tamaki  screamed "Insolent fool, now die!!! Haru Gin Jou!!! ", Touka knocks him into the floor!!!  Tamaki barely stands, as blood pours from his whole body, and his staff crooks... He sees Touka walking to him "Tekkai", she stabs through him!!! Meanwhile Franky climbs up the tower to see her holding Tamaki!!! Bloods dips from her mouth!!! "!!!? What the hell!!? That's the octopus that was in the fridge!!! Eh, Did this fucker beat him up?!!! She's wearing a similar hat... Hey you!!! You're that vampire ain't ya?!!!". She threw Tamaki, then attacks Franky!!! Meanwhile the few officers left alive saw his body!!! "No doubt, it's Mr Tamaki of CP9!!!!", "He was just sent flying from the tower of justice!!!?", "Who could've done this!!!?". Meanwhile Touka flies up the side of the tower!!!! Meanwhile Mori and his chief notices Fusagi looking back... "Wahahaha!!! You really are a fool!! That loud sound earlier, was just my imagination!!!", he shouted in her face!!! "Will you just keep atoning for the...", Yui screams "FUUUUUUUSAAAAGIIIII!!!!!". Mori leers as he watched him shit himself!!!
